Philipp Steinberger (41) is a self-employed consultant who specialises in corporate finance, start-up financing (partner at Quadrum Partners Ltd.) and international business development (co-founder of the Asia2Europe network). After completing his MBA at the Business School Lausanne, he worked at UBS, Bank Julius Bär and Bank Vontobel, before becoming self-employed in 2003. Philipp Steinberger is married with one son.

Marc P Bernegger, (31), Master of Law UZH, is a serial entrepreneur from Zurich. He founded the party platform usgang.ch (trade sale to media company Axel Springer in 2008) and is the co-founder of the Internet company amiando, which was awarded the title of "Global Technology Pioneer" by the World Economic Forum (WEF). The company was acquired by the business platform Xing in December 2010. Marc is a partner of the listed holding company Next Generation Finance Invest (www.nextgfi.com) and is also a member of the board at Pioneers' Club PCU and an angel investor for many different start-ups. In 2010, Marc was voted "Newcomer of the Year" by the Swiss ICT association.

Oliver Rappold (40) is a solicitor and partner in the law firm Gloor & Sieger, where he co-manages the M&A/Private Equity Team. After studying at the University of Zurich (lic. iur.) and the London School of Economics (LL.M.), he spent two years as legal counsel and co-owner of a venture capital firm in Singapore and Vietnam, before joining a Zurich-based commercial law firm as partner in 2003. Hasnain Khimji has joined c-crowd in November 2011 as an Associate. One of his main tasks is business development, in particular the marketing of c-crowd platform to entrepreneurs and potential investors. Prior to joining c-crowd Hasnain was at Swisscom ITS Finance implementing banking software as a Senior Consultant. He holds a BSc. in business information systems which he obtained at the University of Applied Sciences Berne. At the same time he was working part-time in Private Banking with Credit Suisse. Hasnain is currently studying for his MBA at the University of St.Gallen HSG.
